All orders are billed in Euro and include German Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19%.

Customers with a shipping address from outside the European Union are NOT subject to VAT, but are responsible for all potential duty, foreign sales- and import-taxes of their country of origin. Potential duty, sales-tax and import-tax are not displayed during the sales process. For customers with a shipping address from outside the European Union prices will be deducted during the checkout process (= price divided by 1.19). Due to German law we cannot show prices exclusive of VAT to the public, but customers with a default shipping address from outside the European Union will see prices without VAT when logged into their customer account.

We offer a variety of payment methods that give you and us maximum security. Please choose what is best for you:

Creditcard

You can choose between Visa, Mastercard and American Express. During the order process you will be asked to type in your Creditcard information. We use a secure connection to give you maximum safety and will delete all Creditcard information after the payment has been completed. Your Creditcard will not be charged until the shipping day.

PayPal

PayPal offers convenient payments and is used by millions of eBay customers worldwide. You need a PayPal account to use this method. The account is free at paypal.com. Paypal offers payments by Creditcard and bank accounts. After we have received the money we will start to process your order immediately.

Payment in advance (to our bank account in Germany)

After completion of the order you will receive an email, providing you with information on your order and our bank account. The bank account information can also be found at the end of our Terms and Conditions. Please transfer the complete amount to our account and use the given order number as information on the transfer. After we have received the money we will start to process your order immediately. International customers please note that all bank fees must be paid by customers.

Direct Debit (only for customers with German bank accounts)

During the order process you will be able to type in your bank account information. We will draw the amount due as soon as the order has been shipped. SENTENCE CHANGE Please ensure that the bank information is correct, as we have to charge 15.00 Euro in case of returned debit notes.

Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries within Germany and Austria)

You pay the amount due on delivery. We charge 6.50 Euro for this service in Germany and 3.60 Euro in Austria to cover a charge made by our logistic partner. In Austria the postman will charge an additional 7.50 Euro for cash on delivery service.

Klarna Sofort

The Payment service “Sofort” by Klarna is a Direct Bank Transfer with highest security. To complete the payment you will be transferred to the secure website of Klarna where you can authorize the payment to our bank account. In order to process the payment all you need are the PIN and TAN of your bank account. “Sofort” works with most German, Austrian and Swiss bank accounts.
